Having iPad Issues?

Having trouble with your device? Have a broken screen? Report your device using the Report your Device icon on your device. If you are unable to use it, have a teacher report it for you. Your iPad will be kept by your teacher so they can give it to Mr. Steven and he will have it reported and sent to get fixed. iPads will only be fixed and replaced one time, after a second breakage, students will not be allowed to carry devices and will use computers available in classrooms, if available.

How to report:
1. Click on the Tech Ticket app on your iPad
2. Fill out the form - student ID, with your name, and what the issue is (if your device is unusable, have an adult fill it out for you)
3. Click submit
4. Give your device to your teacher and let them know you've completed a tech ticket

Be aware that it can take up to a month for iPads to be fixed. Please be patient while yours is being repaired. And, as always, take care of your device so it does not need repair.
